OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the headings" Name of Officer", "Title" and
"also holds Statutory Office of" the name "Pauline Houston", the title "General
Manager of Financial Services and City Treasurer" and the Statutory Office of
"City Treasurer" and substituting the name "Dan Chapman", the title "General
Manager of Financial Services and Deputy Treasurer" and the Statutory Office of
"Deputy Treasurer".
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Ann
Pappert" and substituting the name "Pauline Houston" beside the title "General
Manager of Community Services" and adding under the heading "also holds
Statutory Office of" the Statutory Office of "City Treasurer".
