OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 110 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code regarding By-law Enforcement)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 110 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code adopted by By-law 88-100, hereinafter called the "Code";
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 110.2.1 (b) of the Code is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
"110.2.1 (b) shall work under the direction of the Director of Enforcement;"
PASSED at the Council Chambers in the City of Kitchener this
