OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 'A' -Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of
Officer" the name "Mandy Waller" and substituting the name "Mandy Harris"
therefor.
2. Schedule 'A' -Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of
,, Officer" the name "Robert Schipper" beside the title "Inspector" and substituting
the name "John Scherer" therefor.
3. Schedule `A' -Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of
Officer" the name "Scott Dougall" and substituting the name "Matt Ruetz"
therefor.
4. Schedule `B' -Municipal Law Enforcement of Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting under the headings
"Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the name "Mindy Sewell" and the title
"Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
