OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 380 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Tariff of Fees -
Planning Matters).
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 380 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" -Tariff of Fees of Chapter 380 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:

Condominium, other than Vacant Land:

Condominium Conversion:

- 3.5% of cost estimate for site development work

-will count towards registration fee; must show receipt within 12
months to be valid
Cash in Lieu of Parking (Downtown Area) :......................................... $35,000.00
- per space; annual increase based on Non-Residential Building
Construction Price Index
Demolition Control:

Letter of Credit Based on Lot Area Frontage and Use:
New Development -The amount of the letter of credit shall be based
on the following, which may or may not represent 50% of the total cost
of all site development works, but in no case shall the amount be less
than $75,000.00
