FEBRUARY 17, 2003 CITY OF KITCHENER
A special meeting of City Council was held at 12:35 p.m. this date in the Conestoga Room, Chaired
by Mayor C. 7ehr with all members present except Councillors J. Smola and G. Lorentz.
Notice of this special meeting had been previously given to all members of Council by the City Clerk
pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
G. Sosnoski advised that staff are requesting that one of the land acquisition matters be removed
from the agenda. Mayor C. 7ehr noted that a further item subject to solicitor-client privilege should be
added for discussion this date.
Moved by Councillor C. Weylie
Seconded by Councillor B. Vrbanovic
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special meeting
to consider a land acquisition/disposition of land matter and three matters subject to solicitor-
client privilege."
Carried.
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
