CYCLING ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES
October 13, 2009 CITY OF KITCHENER
The Cycling Advisory Committee met this date commencing at 4:00 p.m. in the Civic Square.
Present: Messrs. T. Kenyon (Chair), B. Forwell (Vice-Chair), S. Burek, Messrs. D. Hilker,
and B. Laube N. Mehés, T. Müller and Ms. P. Ji-Taylor
Staff: Messrs. R. Schirm (Committee Administrator),
Regrets: Councillor J. Gazzola, Messrs. D. Class, P. Wetherup and Ms. K. Reinert
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1.
All regular business was deferred due to cycling tour and post tour debriefing with regards to
the Cycling Master Plan. Ms. Norma Moores, Consultant Project Lead from IBI Group led the
tour and post-tour discussion and her summary, which includes meeting notes and a
subsequent presentation, is attached to the November 10 meeting minutes.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
