The Development and Technical Services Committee met this date, commencing at 4:50 p.m.

1. DTS-10-003 - ON-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS - DALEWOOD DRIVE
The Committee considered Development and Technical Services Department report DTS-10-
003, dated December 29, 2009, recommending an amendment to the Uniform Traffic By-law to
prohibit stopping on both sides of Dalewood Drive between Franklin Street and Eastwood
Drive, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
On motion by Councillor G. Lorentz -
itwas resolved:
"That the Uniform Traffic By-law be amended to prohibit stopping on both sides of
Dalewood Drive between Franklin Street and Eastwood Drive, Monday to Friday
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m."
2. DTS-10-004 -ONE-WAY ROAD DESIGNATION -BELL LANE
The Committee considered Development and Technical Services Department report DTS-10-
004, dated December 29, 2009, recommending that traffic on Bell Lane between Water Street
and College Street be limited to the eastbound direction only.
On motion by Councillor G. Lorentz -
itwas resolved:
"That the Uniform Traffic By-law be amended to permit eastbound traffic only on Bell
Lane between Water Street and College Street."
3. DTS-10-012 -DRAFT PLAN OF CONDOMINIUM 30CDM-09205
- 10 FOXGLOVE CRESCENT - FREURE CROSSROADS LTD.
The Committee considered Development and Technical Services Department report DTS-10-
012, dated December 10, 2009, recommending draft approval of Plan of Condominium
30CDM-09205 for 10 Foxglove Crescent, subject to conditions. Ms. A. Pires presented the
report.
On motion by Councillor K. Galloway -
itwas resolved:
"That the City of Kitchener, pursuant to Section 51(31) of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990,
c.P.13, as amended, and By-law 2002-164 as amended, of the City of Kitchener, hereby
grants draft approval to Condominium Application 30CDM-09205 for 10 Foxglove
Crescent in the City of Kitchener, subject to the conditions contained in Development
and Technical Services Department report DTS-10-012."
