GENERAL PROVISION
113.1.1 Alternative- during absence
On each and every occasion when both the Clerk and Deputy City Clerk are
absent,ill,or otherwise unable to carry on their duties under any statute or
by-law,the individuals holding the following positions are hereby appointed
to hold the position of Deputy City Clerk on a pro tempore basis:
(a) Manager of Licensing;
(b) Manager of Corporate Records. By-law 2013-122,7 October,

REPEAL
113.2.1 By-law-previous
By-law 88-10,section 1 ofBy-law 99-12 and the contents of Chapter 113 are
hereby repealed. By-law 2004-62,29 March,2004.
