PERMANENT VENDOR
This schedule shall apply to any Person acting as a Permanent Vendor and not
regulated by another schedule to this By-law.
2. In addition to the licensing requirements set out in section 4 of this By-law, an
Applicant for a Permanent Vendor Licence shall supply the following:
a) Planning Approval.
3. No Permanent Vendor Licence will expire, unless the Business:
a) changes location;
b) changes ownership;
c) changes operating name; or
d) changes the nature of the Business.
