THEATRE
1. In addition to the licensing requirements set out in section 4 of this By-law, an
Applicant for a Theatre Licence shall supply the following:
a) for a Class "A" Theatre Licence:
i. Fire Approval;
ii. Health Approval;
iii. Planning Approval; and
iv. Plumbing Approval;
b) for a Class "B° Theatre Licence:
i. The documents listed in 1. a) above; and
J. Building Approval.
2. A Class "A" Licence is required for all Drive -In Theatres.
3. A Class "B" Theatre Licence is required for the following:
i. Single Screen Theatre; and
ii. Multiple Screen Theatre.
4. Every Class B Theatre must have a lobby and every viewing room in a Theatre must
have direct access to the lobby.
