375.1.1 Variances - land severances - Schedule ‘A’
The tariff of fees for the processing of applications for variances and land severances of
the Committee of Adjustment shall be as set out in Schedule ‘A’ to this Chapter. By-law
88-68, 25 April, 1988.

ENACTMENT
375.2.1 Effective date
This Chapter comes into force on January 10, 2001. By-law 2000-218, 18 December,
2000.
