840.1.1 Roads-work upon-exceeding$115,000
Every contract hereinafter awarded relating to work on roads or road struc-
tures having a cost or estimated cost exceeding$115,000 or such other cost
as may be directed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation from time to
time,shall contain a clause or clauses requiring the contractor to pay wages
and provide hours and working conditions not less favourable to the workers
employed on the contract than the then current fair wages schedule of the
Ontario Ministry of Labour as modified or approved by the Ontario Ministry
of Transportation.By-law 87-322,23 November, 1987;By-law 88-128, 18
